Together, we explore simple ways to support the nervous system, calm the body, and bring more steadiness into real life.

Depending on the theme of the month, a call may include gentle teaching, nervous system education, tapping, orienting, grounding, reflection, or a simple practice you can return to when life feels overwhelming.

Each Monthly Integration Call has a gentle rhythm. We slow down together, explore one theme, and create space for learning, practice, and support.

The gentle rhythm

We begin by arriving together, slowing down, and giving your nervous system a little time to settle.

From there, Carol introduces the theme for the month and offers simple nervous system education in a way that feels practical, compassionate, and easy to understand.
