When I found Carol I had been an insomniac for around 35 years and had tried everything including sleeping tablets, CBT, restricted sleeping programs, lifestyle changes, medicinal cannabis and other natural remedies and had even given up work as I was in such a mess.

I was maybe sleeping 2-3 hours a night and it was patchy, low quality sleep. Many nights I didn't sleep at all.

Carol has transformed my life. She has a holistic approach, which started with tapping and that became the foundation of everything else we did.

The tapping, along with the course material, educated me about what was going on with my nervous system and over time calmed me down. That then allowed me to be open to working on other deeper issues that were blocking me.

Whilst I still consider myself to be a work in progress, I am now confident in the skills and knowledge that I've developed and I know that I will continue to improve my sleep and my quality of life.

I now sleep 5-6 hours, and it's solid, unbroken sleep. That might not sound like it's enough but I look better, feel better and am engaging again in life.

My energy is coming back and I couldn't be happier about that having been in a fog for so long.
