The Better Sleep Community is a supportive membership for people who feel tired, discouraged, or alone in their sleep struggle β and are ready to explore a gentler way. Inside, we look at sleep through the lens of the nervous system, stress, emotions, daily patterns, and the bodyβs need for safety, rhythm, and support.
Understand Your Sleep
Learn why sleep can feel hard when your nervous system is carrying stress, anxiety, racing thoughts, or overwhelm.
Practice Gentle Tools
Explore tapping, orienting, grounding, and simple nervous system practices you can return to again and again.
Feel Supported in Community
Be part of a steady rhythm of learning, reflection, practice, and connection so you do not have to do this alone.
What it feels like to be supported.
Sometimes it helps to hear from someone who has actually been inside the Better Sleep Community β someone who understands what it is like to come into this work feeling tired, overwhelmed, or unsure, and then begin to notice meaningful shifts.
This may be for you if...
- β You feel exhausted, but your body still will not settle.
- β Your mind starts racing when everything finally gets quiet.
- β You wake up in the night and find it hard to feel calm again.
- β You know stress, anxiety, or overwhelm are affecting your sleep.
- β You are sensitive, caring, and often carry more than your body can process in one day.
- β You want support that feels gentle, steady, and nervous-system aware.
Inside the Better Sleep Community, you receive gentle support, regular practice, and a steady place to come back to as you learn how to understand your sleep through the lens of your nervous system.
Sleep education that makes sense
Learn why sleep can feel difficult when your nervous system is carrying stress, anxiety, grief, pressure, or overwhelm β and why trying harder is not always the answer.
Gentle nervous system tools
Practice tools like tapping, orienting, grounding, and nervous system awareness so you can begin supporting your body instead of fighting with it.
A rhythm you can return to
The community gives you a steady rhythm of learning and practice, so you do not have to figure out what to do next every time sleep feels hard.
A place to feel less alone
Being supported in community helps remind your nervous system that you do not have to carry this by yourself. There is a place to be seen, heard, and gently guided.
This is the support I wish I had.
When I was struggling with sleep, I searched for answers too. I know how lonely it can feel to be exhausted, to want help, and to keep wondering why nothing seems to reach the place inside that still feels unsettled.
The Better Sleep Community is the work I needed when I was struggling with sleep β a gentle place to understand what was happening in my nervous system, practice tools that felt supportive, and be reminded that I did not have to navigate it alone.
It brings so much joy to my heart to have created a space that is now helping others feel supported in the way I once needed.
I believe sleep can come back. Not through force, pressure, or being hard on yourself β but through gentleness, support, and learning how to listen to your body in a new way.
βFor someone who has searched high and low for helpβ¦ what you bring to us is by far better than anything Iβve ever encountered.β

Inside the Better Sleep Community, we move through the program in a gentle weekly rhythm. You do not have to figure out what to watch next, where to begin, or how to keep up. Each week gives you one clear place to focus.
Monday: Get ready gently
Each Monday, you receive an email to help you orient to the weekβs focus and prepare for the Thursday call. It gives you a simple place to begin without having to search through everything on your own.
Thursday: Join the live call
Each Thursday, we meet live at 1pm Atlantic. Together, we explore the next part of the program, gently practice the tools, and make space for questions, reflection, and support.
Move through the module slowly
After the call, you can move through the module at your own pace. This is not about rushing through content. It is about letting the teaching, practice, and support become something your body can actually receive.
Alongside the Thursday weekly member calls, you also receive access to the Monthly Integration Call each month. These calls give us space to pause, revisit one theme from the work, and let it land more deeply.
Thursday weekly member calls
The weekly member calls are the Thursday 1pm Atlantic calls we talked about above. These calls are for Better Sleep Community members and follow the gentle rhythm of the program.
Each week, we explore the next module together in order, with space for practice, reflection, questions, and support.
- β Member-only support
- β Module-based learning and practice
- β A clear weekly rhythm to follow
Monthly Integration Calls
Each month, we gather for a focused integration call where we slow down and explore one concept, exercise, or theme from the work more deeply.
These calls may focus on things like nervous system awareness, tapping, orienting, emotional regulation, sleep support, or how to bring the tools into real life.
- β Included in your Better Sleep Community membership
- β You are automatically registered as a member
- β You will receive the reminder emails for each monthly call
These calls are also open to guests, but as a Better Sleep Community member, you already have access. There is nothing extra you need to purchase or sign up for.
What becomes possible with support?
Inside the Better Sleep Community, the goal is not to force your body into sleep. It is to slowly build more understanding, more support, and more capacity in your nervous system so rest can begin to feel more possible.
Less fear around sleep
As you begin to understand what may be happening in your nervous system, sleep can start to feel less confusing, less personal, and less scary.
More ways to support yourself
You begin collecting simple tools you can return to when your mind is racing, your body feels activated, or the night feels hard.
A calmer relationship with your body
Instead of seeing your body as the problem, you can begin listening to it with more compassion, curiosity, and care.
Feeling less alone
Being in community can help soften the isolation that often comes with sleep struggles. You are reminded that others understand this too.
More nervous system resilience
Over time, the practices can help you notice your patterns, recover more gently from stress, and create more moments of steadiness.
Better living, not just better sleep
When your nervous system has more support, the shifts can ripple into your days, your relationships, your choices, and how you care for yourself.
This is not about becoming perfect at sleep.
It is about creating more conditions for rest, repair, and connection β one gentle layer at a time. Better sleep can become part of a bigger journey toward feeling more supported in your life.
Join the Better Sleep Community when you feel ready.
If this feels like the kind of support your body has been needing, you are warmly invited into the Better Sleep Community. There is no pressure to do this perfectly. You can come in gently and begin where you are.

When you are sleep deprived or overwhelmed, even choosing support can feel like a lot. You do not have to rush your way into this work. There are gentle ways to begin.
A slower entry point into the work.
Limited Access is a gentler way to begin if you want support, but you are not quite ready for the full weekly rhythm of the Better Sleep Community.
- β Begin with foundational support instead of trying to take everything in at once.
- β Let your nervous system get familiar with the work at a pace that feels more manageable.
- β Give yourself a softer place to start before stepping into deeper community support.
It is a nervous-system-friendly doorway. Sometimes the most supportive beginning is the one that feels small enough to actually enter.
