A Gentle Place to Begin

Support for Your Nervous System, Stress & Sleep

This is a gentle, live online group call — a space to slow down, explore simple nervous system practices, and learn how EFT tapping can support stress, overwhelm, anxiety, and sleep.

EFT tapping is a simple technique that involves lightly tapping on specific points on the body while bringing gentle awareness to what you are feeling. It is easy to learn and beginner-friendly.

Sleep can feel harder to reach when the nervous system has been carrying stress, overwhelm, anxiety, or tension through the day.

Before we can support ourselves, we often need a moment to notice what is actually here — not what we think we should feel, but the truth of our present-moment experience.

In this call, we’ll explore the connection between noticing, naming, and tapping. Together, we’ll gently practice becoming more aware of what the body, mind, and nervous system may be expressing.

Instead of trying to force sleep or push ourselves to feel differently, this work invites a softer approach — one rooted in compassion, curiosity, and nervous system support.

This is about learning how to meet what is here with more kindness, awareness, and support.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Carol

I know how exhausting it can feel when your nervous system won’t settle and sleep starts to feel hard.

Over the years, I’ve learned that better sleep often begins with learning how to support the body with more gentleness, awareness, and compassion — not more pressure.

These Monthly Integration Calls are designed to be a calm and supportive space where you can slow down, learn practical nervous system tools, and explore practices like tapping in a way that feels approachable and grounded.

You do not need to do anything perfectly here. You are simply invited to begin where you are.

Big hug,
Carol
