A NOTE FROM CAROL

Why I write

Long before I wrote books, I filled journal after journal with my thoughts and feelings. My husband was also the recipient of many letters when I needed to share what I felt with him. Today, he isn’t surprised that my words are finding their way into books.

As a sensitive person, I haven’t always understood what I was feeling or known how to put it into words. Writing gave me time and space to sit with my experience, make sense of it, and find a way to share it.

My hope is that sharing my written words helps you feel less alone in a world that doesn’t always understand the depth of a sensitive person’s experience.

Hugs,
Carol
