The Better Sleep Community is a gentle, ongoing membership for people who want to support their sleep by understanding and working with their nervous system.
This is not a quick fix or a program to “get through.”
It’s a supportive space to learn, practice, and build steadiness over time — at a pace your nervous system can trust.
What’s includedÂ
With full membership access, you’ll receive:
• Full access to the complete video and practice library
• Weekly live community calls on Zoom (Every Thursday at 1:00 pm Atlantic, 12:00 pm EST, 9:00 am Pacific, 5:00 pm UK)
• Monthly integration session on Zoom (The first Saturday of each month at 1:00 pm Atlantic, 12:00 pm EST, 9:00 am Pacific, 5:00 pm UK)
• Access to the private community space
• Ongoing support for sleep, stress, and daily life through a nervous-system lens
All live calls are recorded and shared in the portal, so you can engage live or revisit them in your own time.

Sleep is both an entry point and an outcome in this community.
Rather than trying to control sleep directly, we explore how sleep naturally becomes more accessible as your nervous system feels safer, steadier, and more supported — during the day and at night.
