A space for supported tapping

Small Group Tapping is designed to feel intimate, spacious, and unhurried. Each week, you’ll have time to bring what feels most present for you, receive guided EFT tapping support, and tap alongside others in a gentle, supportive group.

3

Three people per group

Each group is kept small on purpose, so there is room to feel seen, supported, and not rushed.

6

Six weekly sessions

We meet once a week for six sessions, giving your nervous system consistent support over time.

90

Roughly 90 minutes

Each call is about 90 minutes, with approximately 20 minutes of guided tapping support for each person.

You bring what’s present

You can tap on stress, anxiety, overwhelm, a relationship, a decision, a belief, or anything ready for support.

While one person taps, the other two group members tap along and hold space. This is one of the beautiful parts of group tapping: even when the session is focused on someone else, your nervous system can still receive support. This is often called borrowing benefit.

I’d love to tap with you

One of the things I love most about EFT tapping is that we don’t have to figure everything out before we begin.

We can start with what is here. The stress. The fear. The heaviness. The part of you that feels stuck. The part of you that is ready for something to feel different.

In these small groups, my role is to gently guide the tapping, help you slow things down, and create a space where your nervous system can feel supported enough to begin to shift.

You don’t have to come prepared with the perfect words. You just have to come as you are.

Can’t wait to see you on the calls.

You don’t need to know what to tap on before you come

Sometimes the hardest part is knowing where to start. In small group tapping, you do not have to arrive with a perfectly named issue or a clear plan.

You can start with what feels heavy.

You can start with what feels confusing.

You can start with what is simply here today.

I will help you slow it down, find the words, and gently follow what your nervous system is showing us.

We may begin with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, a relationship, a decision, or a feeling you cannot quite name yet.

The goal is not to force a breakthrough. It is to create a steady place where you can feel witnessed, supported, and guided as we tap together.

You don’t have to build your tapping practice alone

Small Group Tapping is for the person who wants a gentle, steady place to keep working with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and the nervous system patterns that can be hard to shift alone.

You need support staying on track

You know tapping can help, but when life gets busy or your nervous system feels overwhelmed, it can be hard to keep practicing on your own.

You want a like-minded community

There is something deeply supportive about being with people who understand nervous system work and are also learning how to support themselves in a gentler way.

You’re tired of trying to do it all alone

When you are stressed, anxious, or stuck in old patterns, having a steady place to return to can help your system feel less alone with it all.

You want tapping to become more consistent

This gives you a weekly rhythm, so tapping becomes less of something you have to remember and more of a supported practice you can gently return to.

You feel supported by shared practice

Sometimes it is easier to stay present with yourself when others are tapping too. The group becomes a place of co-regulation, steadiness, and shared support.

You want help finding the words

You do not have to know exactly what to say. Together, we slow down, notice what is happening, and follow what your nervous system is showing us.

This is for people who want tapping to feel less like another thing to manage, and more like a safe, supported practice for stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and nervous system care.
What can shift

What can happen when support becomes steady

This is not about forcing yourself to change. It is about creating a steady place where your nervous system can be met with support again and again.

More grounded

Consistent tapping can help you build a steadier relationship with yourself and your nervous system.

More supported

You’ll know there is a small group showing up with you each week, with care, presence, and space.

Less alone

When something has felt heavy for a long time, being witnessed can feel deeply regulating.

More movement inside

Instead of feeling stuck or spinning, you may begin to notice gentle shifts in how you relate to what you’re carrying.

The goal is not to perform, fix yourself, or have a perfect tapping session. The goal is to create enough safety and support for something inside to soften, move, or be met in a new way.
