I believe in the importance of sleep. Without enough good quality sleep, life is miserable. And often, the people around us don’t understand our struggle or know how to help us. 

 I believe deep in my core that better sleep is available to everyone. But when you are sleep-deprived and exhausted, it’s hard to believe that for yourself. My mission is to hold the vision of better sleep for others until they can believe and create it for themselves.

My hope is to provide you with the tools, structure, and support that I lacked when trying to reclaim my sleep. Nobody should have to suffer alone with their sleep difficulties and it's hard when those around you do not understand what it’s like to struggle with sleep.  That’s why I do what I do. I’ve been where you are and I understand how it feels to want to sleep so bad, yet sleep just won’t come.

Day 1: The emotions that get in the way of your sleep

Gain clarity around the emotions that get in the way of your sleep and learn some tools to help you manage those emotions so you can sleep better.

Day 2: What are you thinking about?

In the second class, we will explore the beliefs that can interfere with your sleep AND learn simple tools to help you to enjoy better sleep by weakening those beliefs.

 

 

Day 3: Let's take a look at your behaviors

The third class will concentrate on creating awareness of your behaviors so you can develop better habits to support better sleep.

 

The three main concerns I hear from sleep-deprived individuals are: they can’t fall asleep, they can’t stay asleep, or they sleep but wake up feeling unrefreshed.
