Ā
Day 1:Ā The emotions that get in the way of your sleep
How can we look at emotions differently? We live in a world where our emotions areĀ judged as either āgoodā or ābad.āĀ In reality, our emotions are the guidance system that lets us know what is okay and what is not.Ā So how can we look at our emotions with compassion and acceptance?
Today,Ā we are going to gain clarity on the emotions that get in the way of our sleep.Ā As well as learn some tools to help us manage these emotions and get better sleep.
Ā
Day 2:Ā What are you thinking about?
Our focus today is on the thoughts and beliefs that get in the way of good quality sleep.
Every human has their own belief system; it is impossible not to have one. What differs from person to person is the extent to which their belief system supports them in living an empowered, expansive life versus a limiting, constricted or chaotic one.
If youāve tried changing your behaviors to achieve better sleep without first addressing your limiting beliefs, chances are you were unsuccessful. Willpower only works for so long before it is overcome by the strength of limiting beliefs, and you again lapse into self-sabotage.Ā
Let's gain clarity about the beliefs that obstruct good sleep, and we will learn tools to help us weaken those beliefs and sleep better.Ā
Ā
Day 3:Ā Let's take a look at your behaviors.
Itās important to look at the behaviors that get in the way of your sleep.Ā Often, these behaviors are done unconsciously.
Weāve looked at your emotional well-being and mindset in previous days. Ā We know that if youāve tried changing your behaviors to achieve better sleep without first addressing those 2 other components, chances are you were unsuccessful.Ā
Today, let's look at what it takes to shift your behaviors with the intent of creating better sleep for yourself.Ā Ā
By creating awareness of your behaviors, youāll be able to create better habits that will lead to better sleep.

Ā
Hi, I'm Carol.
I hear it from sleep-deprived individuals all the timeā¦the number one thing they want is to be able to sleep.
That's it, just sleep!Ā
Can you imagine sleeping well every night?
When my sleep became so bad that I lost the ability to function and had to give up work, I felt profoundly alone. I did not know how to help myself or how to get my sleep back on track. Other than being prescribed sleeping medication by my doctor (that didn't help), there was nobody I could reach out to for support.Ā
It felt like no one understood what it was like to WANT to sleep so badly and NOT be able to. Many well-meaning friends and family members suggested solutionsā¦but they all just made me feel even more isolated.
I donāt want you to be in this situation.
From my own experience and from working with clients, what I know works is taking a holistic approach to sleep issues. We do this by growing our awareness of our emotions, beliefs, and actions, and we establish the best environment for good quality sleep to come quickly and easily.
Today, I want to invite you to join us for Ready, Set, Sleep,Ā where you will learnĀ tools to start creating better sleep for yourself.
It's all about providing you with the tools, structure and support that I lacked when trying to overcome my sleep difficulties. It took a long time and much trial and error to find my way out of my sleep-deprived misery and I don't want anyone else to have to go through that.Ā Ā
I hope you can join us!
