Day 2: What are you thinking about?
Gain clarity about the beliefs that obstruct good sleep, and we will learn tools to help us weaken those beliefs and sleep better.
Day 3: Let's take a look at your behaviors.
Creating awareness of your behaviors, you’ll be able to create better habits that will lead to better sleep.
