Have you ever felt like you needed a place to practice the tools you’ve been learning?
Understanding nervous system work is one thing.
Applying it in real life — especially around sleep — is another.
This monthly integration call is a live, guided space to slow down and practice together.
You’ll be supported step by step as we work with real-life examples, nervous system awareness, and gentle tapping. You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say — you’ll be guided throughout.
It’s a steady place to build confidence with the tools and feel what they’re like in your own body.
Why This Matters to Me — and to Sleep
For years, I’ve worked with people who are doing “all the right things” for sleep — and still lying awake at night.
This is personal for me, too.
I’ve had my own struggles with sleep, including long nights of feeling tired but unable to settle.
What I’ve seen, both professionally and personally, is this:
sleep often becomes difficult when the nervous system doesn’t yet feel safe enough to let go.
Learning how your nervous system organizes around safety, stress, and rest changes the conversation entirely.
It replaces confusion with understanding — and effort with awareness.
This way of working has reshaped my own relationship with sleep, and it’s at the heart of everything I teach.
What We’ll Be Practicing
For this upcoming call, we’ll be working with:
The 3 Components to Better Sleep
• Emotions
• Mindset
• Behaviors
You’ll be guided to explore how each of these influences your nervous system — especially at night — and you’ll create simple tapping scripts within each component.
These scripts are practical and personal.
Something you can return to when sleep feels harder or your mind feels busy.
This is about building steadiness, not perfection.
